As part of the partnership, Telescope Health will use emergency 和 family care physicians to treat patients with non-emergent conditions virtually using the Health Anywhere 平台. The partnership also includes a dedicated team of care coordinators who are available to connect patients to a primary care physician or specialist, arrange follow-up appointments, locate in-person care, 和 check individuals into a nearby emergency room if/when needed.
